MANTECH seeks a motivated Information Technology Project Management Task Lead to join their CASTLE-NET Program team. This role involves overseeing large-scale federal projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, and delivering innovative IT solutions to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the execution of large-scale federal projects within USACE IT
- Ensure alignment with client goals and adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Comprehensive planning, coordination, and implementation of project activities, including resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring
- Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
- Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments

- Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
- Deliver world-class IT services and responsive, dependable customer support
- Exceed the expectations of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 IT end-users
- Deliver vital solutions and strengthen the IT foundation with secure, innovative, and modernized technological solutions
Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, an Associate degree +2 years relevant experience, or 4+ years relevant experience is acceptable
- 8+ years of project management experience in a federal contracting environment with experience in Agile methodologies and infrastructure engineering projects
- Must hold an active Secret security clearance prior to starting this position
- PMP certification
- Familiarity with the USACE IT environment, regulatory requirements, and data security best practices are preferred
