Schneider Electric is offering a 12-week Veteran Skillbridge Industrial Channel Sales Development Program for transitioning service members with a technical background. This program provides an opportunity to gain real-world experience in industrial sales, including virtual training and on-site job shadowing with distributor partners.

Responsibilities:

• Master Schneider Electric’s industrial automation and power product portfolio
• Learn sales strategies through a combination of online learning and real-world application
• Shadow channel partners to observe sales conversations, prospecting, and customer engagement

Requirements:

• Electrical or engineering background (military or civilian)
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for problem-solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
