BJC HealthCare is one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States, delivering services to residents primarily in the greater St. Louis area. The Project Manager will manage small to mid-size projects, ensuring successful business outcomes through project scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Performs tasks related to:- Project scoping, planning, execution and tracking
- Change management
- Team facilitation
- Risk/issue identification and mitigation
- Stakeholder tollgates/reports
- Assists in project management training consistent with PMI and PMBOK
- Responsible for managing deliverables from resources assigned to project tasks and maintain team progress towards goals
- Develops work breakdown structure, timeline, dependencies and milestones. Manages functional and business development requirements. Builds project approval and charter documents
- Tracks and analyzes task completion, risks/issues, mitigation strategies, and schedule adjustments
- Completes project reporting and dashboard documents in order to inform stakeholders and project plan. Responsible for managing deliverables from resources assigned to project tasks and maintain team progress towards goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical equipment planning
- Bachelor's Degree
- Business/HC Admin/related
- No Supervisor Experience
