Job Description:
Pay Range: $85hr - $90hr
- We are seeking experienced Candidates with a strong background in enterprise data management and P&C insurance domain expertise.
- The role involves designing, implementing, and managing master data solutions, ensuring high data quality, and aligning with enterprise architecture strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of master data management platforms, including entity modeling, stewardship workflows, and data matching and merging rules.
- Architect and build master data domains such as Policy, Customer, Agent, Vendor, Location, and Product reference data aligned with business requirements.
- Configure and manage different master data management styles based on domain needs.
- Develop and maintain data quality rules, validation logic, and survivorship hierarchies.
- Integrate master data platforms with upstream and downstream systems including data platforms, cloud storage, and enterprise applications.
- Partner with data governance teams and business stakeholders to define data policies, standards, and stewardship workflows.
- Design and implement stewardship workflows to manage data quality exceptions across business domains.
- Establish golden record definitions and survivorship rules aligned with business needs.
- Support data lineage, catalog integration, and metadata management processes.
- Design integration patterns using APIs, messaging systems, and data pipelines to ensure synchronization across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to align solutions with broader data platform strategies.
- Build and maintain data pipelines that ingest, cleanse, and promote master data across different layers.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of data platforms.
- Define and monitor data quality metrics and dashboards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive remediation for data quality issues.
- Develop data profiling and anomaly detection processes.
- Translate complex data concepts into clear guidance for stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation including solution design, data models, and integration specifications.
- Provide training and enablement to business and technical teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong experience in P&C insurance domain.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise data management and master data management platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing master data domains in enterprise environments.
Experience:
- Experience in enterprise data management with hands-on implementation of master data solutions.
- Proven experience delivering data management solutions in financial services, insurance, or regulated industries.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data architecture principles.
- Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualification And Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- Master s degree preferred.
