Job Overview:
Pay Range: $45.50hr - $50.5hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 2 5 years of experience performing contract management and procurement-related duties.
- Prior experience with purchase orders and contract lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of procurement and compliance processes.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience:
- Experience handling purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoicing processes.
- Experience managing contract documentation such as NDA, CDA, and SOW.
- Experience working with supplier onboarding and vendor management systems.
- Experience tracking and monitoring contract and procurement workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end contracting processes including purchase requisitions, SOWs, and purchase orders.
- Process and update NDA/CDA requests and manage contract documentation.
- Handle invoicing mismatches and advise stakeholders on approvals and resolutions.
- Enter and manage requests in procurement systems and track progress through approval workflows.
- Serve as a project monitor, tracking requests and reporting status to stakeholders.
- Maintain project trackers and ensure timely follow-ups on stalled requests.
- Coordinate with procurement, legal, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely execution.
- Manage supplier onboarding processes and ensure required documentation is completed.
- Support healthcare compliance processes and monitor approval workflows.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on procurement and contracting processes.
- Conduct research on contract and PO status, including payments and accruals.
- Manage exceptions and non-standard procurement requests.
- Perform PO creation, modification, tracking, reconciliation, and closure activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Support reporting, documentation, and presentation preparation for stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and maintain collaboration.
Should Have:
- Experience with procurement and vendor management systems.
- Knowledge of process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting R&D, clinical, or healthcare-related environments.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as SharePoint.
