
Summary:
The Manager role is an opportunity to gain exposure to both marketing strategy and cross-functional areas across the organization, while leading the execution of integrated marketing plans to meet business goals. You will support the development of marketing strategy and plans for several business initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional business partners to gain a deep understanding of the consumer and provide thorough consumer and marketplace analysis to help develop breakthrough marketing ideas founded in consumer insights.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing experience in direct and digital marketing programs, including a range of paid, owned and earned media channels
- Able to drive vision and facilitate stakeholders to achieve clear objectives
- Partners with reporting and analytic stakeholders and joint teams to ensure data and tactical report plans align with objectives
- Strong collaboration, facilitation and change management skills to communicate and drive alignment
- Experience in retail and/or loyalty marketing preferred
Must Haves
- Experience with marketing measurement analysis
- Translating data into insights
- Must work EST hours regardless of where they are located for the shift time of M-F 9a-5p ET
IV Process: 2 rounds (1st round w/ Manager and colleague or 2, 2nd round w/ Manager's Supervisor for final 2 candidates); 30 mins per round; Teams on camera
