Dallas local preferred with expectation to work in Dallas office (Addison); if candidate is strong, will go for remote with travel required (10-20% travel); also willing to look at Boston MA candidates with expectation to travel (10-20%)-Expenses will paid by the client
- 10+ years experience on the ServiceNow platform, including architecting and implementing solutions.
- 5+ years in a lead architect / technical lead role for enterprise ServiceNow programs.
- Demonstrated experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations (greenfield and/or transformation).
- Solid understanding of software delivery practices: Agile, CI/CD concepts, testing strategies, release management.
- Excellent communication skills able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with one or more of: ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, SPM, FSM.
- Experience designing CMDB governance, discovery/service mapping at scale.
- Experience with performance analytics, reporting strategy, and operational dashboards.
- Consulting background (requirements facilitation, stakeholder management, delivery governance)
- Certifications across CSA(Certified System Admin), CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist), CTA(Certified Technical Architect)
