Description
- Manage multiple customer onboarding projects from planning to completion
- Monitor project timelines, performance, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
- Track and report project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
- Support change management, risk assessment, and issue resolution
- Prepare reports using tools like ServiceNow and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures
- Contribute to improving project management processes and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience
3+ years of experience within an SAP environment - Experience managing large-scale or cross-functional projects
- Basic understanding of cloud services and business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel proficiency required)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Project, Excel, Word)
- Experience working with technical teams is preferred
- Familiarity with SAP environments and ServiceNow is an advantage
- Bachelor s Degree
