Alliant Insurance Services is one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to manage and implement the digital marketing strategy, lead tactical operations to increase product demand, and promote an online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and implements the digital marketing strategy for the division
- Leads operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales changes, attract company website traffic and promote online presence
- Develops digital marketing campaigns and promotions designed to attract customers to the business and answer questions to facilitate transactions
- Reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance
- Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to recognize user patterns and increase traffic to the website
- Leads the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales
- Manages content to retain customers, build trust, and establish long-term business relationships
- Improves department processes and assists with digital marketing best practices to facilitate engagement and offer value to customers
- Maximizes effectiveness and impact by harnessing data to drive predictive, consistent results, make better decisions and maximize ROI
- Creates and oversees budget and allocation of resources (i.e. SEO spend)
- Ensures that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values
- Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development
- Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six (6) or more years of work experience in a marketing role or agency
- Previous experience in developing brand and marketing strategies
- Experience in stakeholder/community engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good leadership, problem solving, and time management skills
- Advanced analytical skills
- Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability and motivation to work independently
