Highspring is a company focused on national marketing efforts. The Senior Manager, Marketing Business Partner leads these efforts, ensuring strategies are executed effectively across various regions and managing a team of field marketers to drive engagement and support growth.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for Vaco and communicate marketing updates across Vaco leadership and field
- Develop and evolve Vaco’s overarching marketing strategy to drive business priorities, aligning marketing efforts to local goals while maintaining enterprise consistency
- Establish clear feedback loops to share sales insights from leadership and the field with the marketing team
- Prioritize, manage, and right-size marketing requests to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
- Identify opportunities to pilot, refine, and replicate high-performing marketing activities across the field
- Manage a growing team of regional field marketers, with a focus on development and career pathing across marketing
- Create scalable processes for local adoption of marketing efforts, including campaign updates, enablement materials, playbooks, marketing programs and more
- Partner closely with the global events team to support the delivery of local events, brainstorm new event strategies, and deploy standardized events across Vaco offices
- Create and maintain field-ready toolkits, including campaign plans, marketing calendars, playbooks, sales enablement kits and activation guides
- Ensure field team alignment with enterprise brand standards, messaging, and go-to-market priorities
- In partnership with marketing, identify opportunities to create standardized templates and frameworks (e.g. Canva assets, ads, invites, agendas, playbooks) to enable efficient local execution without sacrificing quality
- Serve as strategic partner and marketing advisor to field leaders—building trust, gathering insights, and aligning marketing efforts to achieve their business goals
- Establish a consistent, structured mechanism for collecting and sharing field insights: sales trends, competitor activity, client feedback, and campaign results
- Identify, prioritize, and develop sales enablement tools for local teams (pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks)
- Review field requests to ensure overall objective and business needs are met
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years in marketing, field marketing, marketing partnerships, or sales enablement roles; professional services or multi-location business experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience partnering with regional or field teams in a decentralized organization
- Experience leading small to mid-size teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of multichannel marketing (events, content, email, social, digital)
- Excellent project management skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM, CMS, Canva, email platforms, and analytics dashboards
