The Manager, CRM (Email Marketing) will design and execute targeted nurture sequences, drive adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and analyze campaign performance to optimize email marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute targeted nurture sequences to re-engage leads from secondary lead magnets, aligned with overall marketing objectives
- Drive stronger adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and keep the team updated on new features
- A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis
- Create engaging email & whatsapp content and design templates that resonate with our target audience
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like SFMC , providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Drive creative excellence to uplift the performance of campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually refine and optimize our email marketing efforts
- Monitoring and reporting of email campaign performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in CRM growth marketing role, with a strong track record of managing CRM systems
- Proven experience in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive lead acquisition and customer engagement in a B2C setup
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing cloud platform
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and market trends
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present strategic insights to stakeholders effectively
- Master's degree preferred
