IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager within the Enterprise Project Management Office, you will lead high-impact projects that drive enterprise-wide transformation and support key business areas. You will oversee complex initiatives from concept to execution, balancing scope, cost, schedule, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact, multi-platform projects that drive enterprise-wide transformation and support key business areas like Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Enterprise Technology
• Oversee complex initiatives from concept to execution, balancing scope, cost, schedule, and quality in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
• Partner with executives and senior stakeholders to provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams
• Leverage AI, Agile, and Lean practices to champion innovation, accelerate outcomes, and deliver measurable business value
• Shape mission-critical initiatives and long-term strategy while providing strong visibility and growth potential
• Occasional travel to a meeting and/or training is required

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of work experience leading or managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 1 year of work experience leading or managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery
• Proven track record leading large enterprise-scale IT initiatives with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget and quality, delivering high-value business outcomes
• Project management experience leading the Software Development lifecycle and related project delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Scaled Agile, and Waterfall processes
• Demonstrated success in building, motivating and leading high-performance teams, while simultaneously influencing and engaging partners and stakeholders to build strategic partnerships
• Experience working through ambiguity to accomplish complex projects on time and on budget
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and enjoyable attitude, showing adaptability to work in a dynamic environment undergoing significant change
