As a Senior Product Designer, you'll create intuitive mobile-first experiences, collaborating with product and engineering teams to simplify complex decisions for users in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design best-in-class mobile-first experiences that simplify how Medicare Advantage shoppers navigate their options
- Translate insights into intuitive, accessible designs that meet user needs and team goals
- Create low and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma leveraging design systems, best-in industry patterns, and micro interactions that enhance usability
- Collaborate with Engineers, Design Researchers, and Content Designers to ensure cohesive, user-centered experiences
- Make evidence-based design decisions using insights from research and data analytics
- Apply and uphold mobile design standards, patterns, and principles for consistency and quality across the ecosystem
- Balance ideal UX with technical feasibility and regulatory requirements, knowing when to push and when to pivot
- Lead early concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to bring ideas to life and guide development
- Contribute to and evolve our design system with scalable, mobile-first components
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product or UX design demonstrated through a strong mobile-first portfolio
- Advanced Figma skills, including component libraries and prototyping
- Experience working in agile teams and partner with developers, researchers, and content designers
- Use research and analytics to inform and validate design decisions
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and build consensus
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Background in healthcare or other regulated industries
- Experience with usability testing tools and analytics
- Experience in illustration for digital products
- Experience with service blueprinting and journey maps
- Contributions to design systems or pattern libraries
