Meditech Project Manager

Hatch Pros is seeking a Meditech Project Manager for a remote role that requires minimal or no travel. The position focuses on managing clinical application projects, data/reporting efforts, and third-party vendor implementations in a smaller healthcare environment, emphasizing professionalism and initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Meditech, clinical application, and third-party application projects end to end
• Own project planning, meeting scheduling, documentation, timelines, and execution - no hand holding
• Drive data and reporting-related initiatives, partnering with internal technical teams
• Coordinate closely with Dustin's teams and other internal stakeholders
• Actively manage vendor relationships (e.g., Change Healthcare, Ivanti)
• Provide clear project status, risks, and next steps to leadership
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and engagement across all meetings and interactions

Requirements:

• Proven healthcare IT Project Management experience
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Meditech environments
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects, schedules, and stakeholder accountability
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a track record of delivering outcomes
• Experience managing clinical application projects
• Exposure to data and reporting projects
• Experience with third-party healthcare systems such as Change Healthcare, Ivanti, or similar vendors
• Prior experience in smaller or rural health systems requiring adaptability and autonomy
