Valant is a market-leading, web-based clinical EHR and Practice Management solution for behavioral health. They are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager who will manage the full lifecycle of install base marketing, ensuring customer engagement through product launches, upsell campaigns, and advocacy initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer communications for product launches, ensuring customers are informed and positioned to adopt new capabilities
- Build and manage upsell and expansion campaigns that drive awareness and conversion of add-on products among the existing customer base
- Own recurring install base programs including the customer newsletter, webinars, and review and reputation management
- Develop a steady pipeline of customer stories and testimonials that support competitive positioning and sales enablement
- Manage outage and maintenance communications with speed and clarity
- Track and report on campaign performance, using data to continuously improve outcomes
- Lead the adoption of AI across customer marketing workflows to increase throughput and campaign quality
- Proactively identify new opportunities to engage and grow the customer base, and bring forward ideas with a plan to execute
- Maintain documentation and process playbooks so programs are scalable and resilient
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a demonstrated track record owning customer or lifecycle marketing programs independently
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, email, and in-app messaging platforms
- Strong writer who can produce on-brand copy without relying on a copywriter
- Data-fluent: comfortable analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into decisions
- Actively AI-savvy, with daily use of AI tools and a clear point of view on how AI should shape this role
- Highly autonomous, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to drive projects from idea through measurement
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
