Circana is a leading provider of technology, AI, and data solutions for consumer packaged goods companies, manufacturers, and retailers. They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner to lead global HR initiatives for their Business Analytics, Technology and Product group, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and driving organizational effectiveness and talent management.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Executive leaders and their leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Provide counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to drive operational excellence
- Serve as a member of the senior leadership team to contribute to business decisions and strategy formulation
- Partner with finance on headcount and related budgetary items
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent for BATP
- Develop and implement programs for leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement
- Identify and address skill gaps to build a high-performing, agile workforce
- Act as an advocate for employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and fairness in partnership, and where needed, with local Country HR Directors
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across BATP
- Partner with Total Rewards to ensure competitive, equitable, and motivational rewards programs
- Drive the implementation of performance management processes that support business objectives and employee growth
- Lead HR projects, including process improvements and system implementations, ensuring efficient and scalable HR operations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Monitor HR metrics and deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Lead and inspire the BATP HR team, providing them with guidance and coaching to deliver HR operational excellence to our customers and a fantastic employee experience
Requirements:
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a senior HRBP supporting a technology organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Experience advising executive leaders and influencing business strategy in fast‑paced environments
- Proven experience supporting a global technology function and evolving operating models
- Global HR experience, including multi‑country employee relations and workforce practices
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance in a technology context
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to coach and influence senior leaders
- Demonstrated change leadership across organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation
- Master's preferred
- HR certification (SPHR, SHRM‑SCP) preferred
