The Product Marketing Manager will oversee a global portfolio, developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials to support regional sales teams and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop go-to-market strategies for the Resource Optimisation Portfolio
- Create sales enablement materials and other marketing documentation for sales and customer success teams
- Collaborate with global stakeholders including marketing, product managers, and sales teams
- Support localization and amplification of plans/content for specific regions
- Manage priorities and drive initiatives independently within a globally distributed team
Requirements:
- Demonstrated background in managing a diverse portfolio of product line capabilities
- Track record of success in defining and executing strategies for market entry and implementation—ideally within Mining Operational Technology
- Thrive in a global, cross-functional environment
- Strong alignment with sales, product, and regional teams
- Highly desirable experience in Mining, METS (Mining Equipment, Technology, and Services)
- Experience at a mid to senior level, with a comprehensive understanding of the full sales lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop impactful sales enablement materials in various formats, tailored to different audiences
- Solid grasp of the product lifecycle, go-to-market strategies, and the needs of sales channels
- Comfortable adapting to evolving business or customer requirements, with a proactive approach to pivoting strategies when needed
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision
- Committed to delivering a seamless customer service lifecycle through partnership and continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams and functions
