xCures Inc. is redefining how healthcare organizations in the US access and act on patient data. As an IT Business Analyst, you will modernize and scale xCures’ enterprise technology landscape by partnering across business functions to optimize systems and integrate AI-enabled solutions into workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across all business functions to understand workflows, pain points, and strategic objectives
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional workshops
- Translate business and clinical needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, system documentation, and process maps
- Support optimization of enterprise systems including but not limited to: HRIS, CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and healthcare data platforms
- Collaborate with IT, Security, Engineering and Product teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and integrated system solutions
- Build system enhancements and implementations that align with HITRUST control requirements, HIPAA standards, and internal governance policies
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into business workflows while maintaining compliance and data integrity
- Evaluate AI-powered tools for operational fit, scalability, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with Security and Compliance teams to conduct vendor risk assessments consistent with HITRUST, HIPAA, and internal third-party risk management processes
- Lead or support technology acquisition initiatives including RFP development, cost-benefit analysis, and vendor due diligence
- Maintain documentation of vendor assessments, risk evaluations, and mitigation plans in alignment with audit requirements
- Develop executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and status updates to communicate project impact and vendor risk posture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role; exceptional candidates with fewer years of experience, but demonstrated depth in evaluating, implementing, or operationalizing AI and automation solutions in a business environment will be considered
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as financial services or healthcare
- Experience operating within a regulated compliance environment (e.g., HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, FINRA, or similar frameworks)
- Experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements across enterprise systems
- Experience supporting system implementations, vendor evaluations, or third-party integrations
- Strong understanding of healthcare data privacy and security principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or regulated SaaS environments
- Experience working in or supporting a HITRUST-certified environment
- Experience integrating AI or automation tools into business workflows
- Experience evaluating AI vendors, including data governance and compliance considerations
- Experience supporting HRIS, CRM, marketing automation, or revenue operations systems
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data mapping
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or analytics platforms
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Security+, CISA, or related credentials
