CloudinnTech ELearning is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical documentation
- Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business performance assessments
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams
- Collaborate with IT, operations, sales, and management teams to implement solutions
- Support project planning, execution, and change management initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for operational efficiency
- Create user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams
- Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and client expectations
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar analytics tools
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
- Knowledge of business process modeling and project management methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks is a plus
- Ability to interpret data and present strategic recommendations
