- Validate electrical system performance, protection schemes, redundancy, and operational readiness prior to facility turnover and customer load deployment
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and operational health checks focused on power system reliability, safety, and risk identification
- Apply electrical reliability and maintenance standards (including NFPA 70B) as a practical reference when evaluating power system condition, inspection findings, and operational readiness
- Identify operational gaps or risks, document findings, and support mitigation and close‑out activities
- Act as a bridge between design/construction teams, commissioning agents, and site operations to ensure documentation, procedures, and operator readiness are complete
- Provide feedback and lessons learned to support continuous improvement of standards, processes, and future data center builds
Requirements:
- Experience supporting mission‑critical or industrial electrical systems in an operations, commissioning, validation, or oversight capacity (data centers, healthcare, oil & gas, manufacturing, military, etc.)
- Strong operational understanding of UPS systems, generators, power distribution, switchgear, and how electrical systems integrate end‑to‑end
- Exposure to commissioning activities from a witnessing, oversight, or operational validation perspective (direct ownership of FAT/SAT/IST is not required)
