Our client, an established SaaS in the business tax area, is looking for a TA Operations Project Manager for a long term contract.
Our Client's TA Operations & Enablement team is mid-way through a global ATS transformation and needs a consultant who can roll up their sleeves from day one. You'll work embedded with the team - building, testing, documenting, and enabling. You think upstream and downstream, not in silos, and you connect what's happening in one workstream to what it means for the next.
This is a year long contract, and may extend.
Required Skills & Experience - 7+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations or Enablement- as a doer
- Workday Recruiting functional implementation experience (TA side, not HRIS/technical)
- Paradox scheduling - direct, hands-on experience
- Portfolio of process maps, SOPs, and training materials you personally built
- UAT / functional testing experience on an ATS or HR platform
- Facilitating training with live audiences
Desired Skills & Experience - BrightHire or HiredScore
- Change management experience in a TA or HR context
- Global recruiting environment background
What You Will Be Doing TA Operations ATS Project Manager Responsibilities: Enablement - this is the core of the role:
- Independently create process maps, SOPs, and workflow documentation for current and future-state recruiting operations
- Write training materials, job aids, and quick-reference guides that recruiters and coordinators will actually use
- Facilitate training sessions and train-the-trainer programs - you run the room, not just design the deck
- Spot where manual steps can be simplified and document the improved path
ATS implementation & testing - functional, not technical:
- Support Workday Recruiting implementation from the talent acquisition side - recruiter workflows, requisition-to-offer flows, configuration validation
- Build test scripts, execute UAT scenarios, log defects, and track resolution through to close
- Support Paradox scheduling implementation: testing, validation, and end-user enablement
- BrightHire and/or HiredScore experience is a real plus
Project execution & communication:
- Own your workstreams - manage task lists, flag risks early, follow through without being chased
- Turn meetings into decision logs, clear next steps, and accountability
- Write and speak clearly across TA, HR Ops, and technical teams
- Build PowerPoint decks and status summaries that make complex updates simple
You're the right fit if: - You've been in the weeds on a Workday TA implementation, not just observed one
- You have samples of process maps and training content you created yourself
- You naturally think about how a change in one step affects everything upstream and downstream
- Your most recent role was individual contributor - not managing a team that does this work
