Business Analyst - Optum Experience is a plus

Vytwo Technologies Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support various capability areas including Medicare Product & Benefit, Claims, Finance, and more. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating client discovery sessions, and assisting with deliverables and workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, document and organize requirements from CMS regulatory documentation
• Support facilitation of client discovery sessions and work stream meetings (creating materials, back-up to PO)
• Assist with creation and maintenance of workflows
• Create deliverables
• Assist PO with other program activities and deliverables such as: IRAADQ resolution / follow-up, writing features and user acceptance criteria

Requirements:

• 3 years of residential requirements in the US
• PPT and Visio proficiency
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements on at least one client consulting engagement
• Experience creating consulting deliverables
• Experience working in at least one of the following: Medicare product and benefits, claims, finance, eligibility, provider, clinical / claims editing
• Medicare experience / knowledge of fundamental concepts - STRONGLY preferred
• Experience working on a system migration project
• Process design experience
