HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders on org design, headcount planning, and team health
• Coach managers on performance, development, and difficult conversations
• Lead employee relations cases with empathy and rigor
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation cycles
• Champion DEI and culture initiatives within the business unit
• Use people data to inform decisions and surface trends

Requirements:

• 5+ years in HR business partnering, ideally in tech or scaling companies
• Strong knowledge of employment law and people practices
• Experience advising senior leaders and navigating org change
• Comfort with HR analytics and talent insights
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and stakeholder management
• Bias for action and structured coaching
