Requirements:
- 5+ years in HR business partnering, ideally in tech or scaling companies
- Strong knowledge of employment law and people practices
- Experience advising senior leaders and navigating org change
- Comfort with HR analytics and talent insights
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and stakeholder management
- Bias for action and structured coaching
