Joblet-AI is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead complex financial analyses and support strategic decisions. This role involves building financial models, conducting variance analysis, and partnering with business leaders to provide decision support and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Lead monthly variance analysis and management reporting
- Partner with business leaders on planning and decision support
- Build dashboards and KPI reporting for functional teams
- Support board materials, fundraising, and strategic planning
- Mentor junior analysts and review their work
Requirements:
- 4+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong understanding of financial statements and unit economics
- Experience with planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, NetSuite Planning)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- CFA, MBA, or CPA is a plus
