HealthCare Recruiters International is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Development to lead efforts in the dental market. This role involves driving business development initiatives, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting financial solutions tailored for Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and dental practices.
Responsibilities:
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for our client’s consumer financing solution
- Explain how operating lease structures can help DSOs: Preserve cash and liquidity, Support multi-location equipment upgrades, Avoid large upfront capital expenditures, Standardize technology across locations, Create predictable equipment refresh cycles, Improve vendor and procurement planning, Support growth without overburdening the balance sheet, Align equipment usage with business performance and replacement needs
Requirements:
- Commercially aggressive, relationship-driven business development professional
- Embedded in the Dental Service Organization market
- Understanding of how DSOs evaluate capital solutions, equipment financing, technology refresh cycles, procurement decisions, vendor partnerships, and enterprise-wide financial programs
- Ability to sell at both the relationship and executive level
- Highly credible in the boardroom
- Comfortable presenting to CEOs, CFOs, COOs, procurement leaders, vendor management teams, and DSO ownership groups
- Capable of positioning TuaCommercial as a strategic financial solution rather than a simple financing product
