Really Global is building the world's first truly global, provider-centric mental health marketplace. They are seeking a senior Azure DevOps engineer to own the infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and reliable for a platform that handles sensitive data across 200+ countries.
Responsibilities:
- Harden networking: VNet redesign, NSGs, private endpoints, eliminate unnecessary public exposure
- Environment isolation: separate production, staging, and preprod properly — not just by naming convention
- CI/CD pipeline ownership: build and own GitHub Actions (or equivalent) pipelines with proper gates, tests, and deployment controls
- Secrets management: consolidate into Key Vault with proper rotation, eliminate secrets in app settings and environment variables
- Database reliability: HA enablement, backup/restore validation, documented RTO/RPO
- Infrastructure-as-Code: move from partial ARM templates and manual changes to a proper IaC baseline (Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent)
- Monitoring and alerting: build observability that catches problems before users do
- Security posture: enforce Cloudflare-only ingress at the Azure level, lock down legacy VMs, audit access controls
- Support the team on Azure architecture decisions as the platform scales into EHR, real-time translation, and telehealth compliance
Requirements:
- Experience with Azure environments and services
- Proficiency in networking, CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, and database reliability
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Bicep
- Ability to build and own GitHub Actions (or equivalent) pipelines
- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems
- Strong understanding of security best practices, especially in handling sensitive data
- Clear and candid communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and output driven
- Experience with React/Next.js frontend and Python backend services
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL Flexible Servers and Cloudflare services
