DevOps Engineer - Remote

YO IT Consulting is seeking to build a candidate pool for upcoming opportunities as a DevOps Engineer. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure while implementing CI/CD pipelines and automating processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure using cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Implement and streamline CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable deployments across environments
• Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate clusters with Kubernetes
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management with tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging solutions
• Ensure robust access management and secrets handling leveraging IAM and secrets management tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues with strong collaboration across teams

Requirements:

• Expertise in Linux system administration and fundamental networking concepts
• Hands-on experience with Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code practices
• Knowledge of IAM principles, secrets management, and enforcing security best practices
• Experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging tools
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities, thriving in remote environments
• Previous experience contributing to large-scale, distributed systems for diverse clients or industries
• Advanced skills in automation, configuration management, and cloud-native security
• Exposure to microservices architectures and agile delivery methodologies
