Sogeti, part of the Capgemini Group, focuses on delivering business value through technology and innovation. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with client engineering and product teams to improve the software development lifecycle using AI-assisted tooling and methodologies, while also driving product strategy and ensuring successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Embed directly with client engineering and product teams to identify friction points in the SDLC and deploy targeted AI-assisted tooling - agentic coding, automated review, test generation, CI/CD optimization
- Champion and implement agentic development methodologies (e.g. BMAD, orchestrated agent workflows) across planning, development, QA, and deployment phases
- Act as a hands-on practitioner - writing real code, configuring real pipelines, and building reusable accelerators rather than advising from a distance
- Translate engineering improvements into business outcomes: faster cycle times, reduced defect rates, lower delivery cost - and communicate these fluently to both technical and executive stakeholders
- Evaluate, configure, and operationalize AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) within client environments, including prompt engineering, context management, and guardrail design
- Develop lightweight internal playbooks, templates, and workshops to upskill client engineering teams and embed sustainable AI practices beyond your engagement
- Partner with project leadership to baseline current-state velocity and report on measurable improvement milestones throughout the engagement
- Use customer feedback, market analysis, and data to inform product decisions
- Define and manage success metrics to inform ongoing product strategy
- Know your customer by regularly engaging current and prospective users to understand needs and behaviors
- Drive build-test-learn experiments to validate assumptions and refine product direction
- Create, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog by decomposing complex problems into epics/features/user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to define solution approaches, technical requirements, and delivery sequencing
- Own non-functional requirements (NFRs) for performance, availability, scalability, resiliency, and observability
- Drive security-by-design and privacy-by-design requirements in partnership with Security, Risk, and Compliance
- Define telemetry and analytics instrumentation to measure adoption, reliability, and business outcomes
- Ensure production readiness through release planning, feature flags, runbooks, and incident response expectations
- Balance feature delivery with technical debt reduction by prioritizing modernization, refactoring, and dependency upgrades
- Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; incorporate timely stakeholder feedback
- Ensure development standards are followed to enable tight feedback loops and clear product definition
- Coach and mentor team members and cross-functional partners on collaboration, ideation, consumer research, experiment design and execution, measurement, implementation, customer interactions, and rollout
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders during execution to ensure expectations are met
- Proactively remove obstacles and resolve roadblocks to achieve product goals
- Identify and develop services and service level agreements (SLAs); educate senior leaders and continuously improve service-related processes
Requirements:
- 8+ years of IT or digital product management (or related) experience across the SDLC, including at least 5 years in a Product Manager role and 3 years translating business needs and requirements into IT/digital product solutions
- 5+ years of deep knowledge of IT principles, Agile development methodologies, and cloud platforms/applications, software products, or design tools

- Experience as a Product Manager working in Agile methodologies
- Experience advocating for UX/design practices within large business and technology organizations
