Nuitée is a company focused on transforming the travel industry through API-first infrastructure. As a Market Manager, you will maximize revenue and engagement across a portfolio of hotels, acting as a key partner to hotel revenue managers and leadership teams to ensure competitive performance.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of directly contracted hotel partners
- Build strong, long-term relationships with hotel revenue managers, GMs, and cluster teams
- Drive revenue growth by optimizing availability, pricing, room-type coverage, and restrictions
- Monitor performance daily using Yielding and Transaction dashboards to identify opportunities and issues early
- Recommend and execute promotions, pricing adjustments, and distribution optimizations
- Lead regular business reviews and build structured quarterly account plans for key partners
- Own post-contract activation, working with Connectivity and Tech teams to ensure hotels go live quickly and correctly
- Proactively remove blockers and follow through until issues are resolved
Requirements:
- Experienced in hotel account management, revenue management, or travel distribution
- Comfortable working with data and performance dashboards
- Strong understanding of hotel pricing, inventory, and connectivity workflows
- Highly organized, execution-driven, and accountable
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency — you move fast, follow up relentlessly, and don't let issues linger
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities move quickly
