OneReach.ai is an enterprise agentic AI platform and a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. The Sales Development Internship involves working with a marketing-sourced list of leads and converting interest into qualified meetings with enterprise buyers.
Responsibilities:
- You will work a marketing-sourced list of leads per week
- Your job is to learn the pitch, run structured email and LinkedIn sequences, handle replies, and convert interest into qualified meetings with enterprise buyers
- The first few weeks are ramp
- By week three or four you are executing independently
Requirements:
- Hunger to learn and succeed in sales
- Ability to learn the pitch and execute structured email and LinkedIn sequences
- Capability to handle replies and convert interest into qualified meetings with enterprise buyers
- Prior BDR or SDR experience is appreciated - not required
- Open to US-based college students, recent graduates, and first-time sales professionals
