About this role
VISO TRUST is a high-growth B2B SaaS startup specializing in Third Party Risk Management. They are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to help define and execute their roadmap for agentic systems and intelligence infrastructure, working on designing, prototyping, and productionizing systems that orchestrate agents and manage intelligence gathering.
Responsibilities:
- Help define and execute our roadmap for agentic systems and intelligence infrastructure
- Work directly with our team to design, prototype, and productionize systems that orchestrate agents and manage the knowledge, context, and intelligence gathering that inform our clients
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience designing, building, and maintaining production-grade intelligent systems and distributed platform infrastructure
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered products, including LLM-based multi-agent workflows, retrieval pipelines, and knowledge-driven applications
- Strong foundational knowledge of core AI concepts, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), automated evaluations, prompt engineering, and agentic reasoning frameworks
- Experience building scalable, high-performance data and application pipelines that support the reliable and secure execution of resource-intensive AI workflows
- Experience with multi-tenant system design, with a focus on implementing secure data practices and proper segmentation when building or interacting with AI workflows
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and real-time communication protocols, including building robust streaming pipelines (SSE) for AI-driven user experiences
