Project Manager

They are seeking a dynamic and innovative Project Manager who will focus on relationship management and deliver value in SaaS software environments by overseeing project delivery and fostering client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing strategic solutions
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS and On-premise software projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and business goals
• Lead project teams to innovate and implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance the value delivered to clients
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth through effective project strategies
• Foster an environment of creativity and innovation within the project team
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SaaS technologies to drive project success
• Develop project strategies that align with the overall business innovation agenda
• Achieve or surpass revenue targets set for the project portfolio
• Identify and drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client engagements
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, maintaining high-quality standards
• Meet and exceed project milestones and deadlines with a focus on continuous improvement
• Develop strong client relationships that result in positive testimonials and references
• Achieve high client satisfaction scores and secure client willingness to act as references or provide case studies
• Monitor and manage project budgets and time to ensure profitability goals are met
• Implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource allocation to enhance financial outcomes

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience managing complex projects
• Experience managing client relationships, preferably with Tier1 financial institutions in the SaaS industry
• Proven track record of delivering successful SaaS projects that provide measurable value
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to write and execute Client Facing Work Orders and statements of Work
• Experience in Financial Crime domain would be beneficial
• Ideally, the candidate will have experience in migrating clients and software from on-premises solutions to SAAS
• Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions in project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional team environment
• Familiarity with the latest SaaS platforms and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus
