Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to support and maintain enterprise network, voice, and security infrastructure at Diablo Canyon. The role involves initial onsite onboarding, followed by a mix of onsite and remote support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Cisco CUCM (Call Manager) and voice infrastructure
- Manage Cisco Wireless Controllers (9800 / 8540) and access points
- Maintain network management tools such as Catalyst Center and Prime Infrastructure
- Support campus and remote network devices including switches, routers, voice gateways, and wireless bridges
- Provide support for Palo Alto Firewalls, including upgrades and maintenance
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to provide logs and network-related data
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, voice, and connectivity issues
Requirements
- Strong experience with Cisco networking (routing, switching, wireless)
- Hands-on experience with CUCM / VoIP
- Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
- Strong troubleshooting and L2/L3 support experience
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools
