Raydar is an AI-native A/R & Payments Platform for B2B Distribution, seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their early team of A+ engineers. The role involves architecting high-volume payment systems, owning product areas end-to-end, and integrating with complex ERP systems while leveraging LLM technology for automation.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and build the backend systems powering high-volume ACH, credit card, and cash payment processing across the B2B distribution sector
- Own product areas end-to-end — from talking to customers and writing specs to shipping and measuring impact
- Build and deploy production-level agentic AI features, including eval systems, A/B tests, and multi-arm bandit frameworks
- Integrate with complex ERP systems used by distributors to manage their full revenue cycle
- Leverage LLM technology to automate collections, credit workflows, and revenue operations at scale
- Work in a high-iteration environment where clarity and shipping velocity are the operating principles
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a backend or backend-leaning full-stack engineer
- Shipped production systems and user-facing features end-to-end within the last 1–2 years — recent, proven output is key
- Proficient in an MVC backend framework — Ruby on Rails, Django, or Spring Boot
- Deep SQL/PostgreSQL experience and understand how to design for high-volume transactional systems
- Actively use AI tooling in your day-to-day workflow — this isn't optional here
- Experience at a VC-backed startup with fast iteration cycles and high ownership
- Built production-level agentic AI features including evals, A/B tests, or similar measurement systems
- Based in the United States — work authorization required, visa sponsorship not available
- Available for quarterly off-sites in Austin, TX
- Product-facing engineering background — not primarily DevOps, internal tooling, or data engineering
- Background in fintech, payments, billing, or collections systems
- Experience integrating with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Familiarity with ACH payment rails or credit decisioning workflows
