JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support business process improvements and requirements gathering initiatives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, documenting business requirements, and translating business needs into functional solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin (BDD) methodology
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support process re-engineering initiatives
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions
- Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint for documentation and tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 6+ years of experience in business process analysis and re-engineering
- 5+ years of experience with Gherkin/BDD for requirement writing
- 3+ years of experience writing user stories
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud/Portals, LWC, Aura, Tableau CRM)
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
