Rangam is seeking a senior-level Program Manager to run large-scale communication and social media campaigns across multiple teams. The role involves end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives while collaborating with various teams and managing complex timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end project management for large-scale, cross-functional programs and campaigns across Content Studio (e.g., flagship events, product launches, policy/social campaigns), including developing project plans, timelines, RACI frameworks, and workback schedules Coordinate across creative, social, comms, and PA teams to align workstreams, manage dependencies, lead status meetings, and track deliverables — flagging risks early and driving resolution of blockers
- Support strategic planning processes including roadmapping, resource allocation, goal-setting, and the development and socialization of organizational processes
Requirements:
- 7+ years of project or program management experience in marketing, communications, creative, or media environments
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with complex timelines and cross-functional dependencies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and maintain meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complexity into clear updates for leadership and cross-functional partners
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar)
- Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing workload and prioritizing tasks effectively with minimal supervision
