Skillvue is a fast-growing HR tech startup focused on shaping the future of talent assessment through their Skill AI Assessment platform. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing messaging and value propositions, creating compelling content, and driving customer storytelling initiatives to enhance market understanding and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own Skillvue's messaging and value proposition, ensuring clarity and consistency across all touchpoints
- Create high-quality content across formats: case studies, customer stories, interviews, webinars, videos and podcasts
- Work closely with Product, Sales and our People Scientists to translate product capabilities into market-facing narratives
- Structure and manage content projects end-to-end, from brief to delivery, with a strong sense of ownership and timing
- Drive customer storytelling initiatives, including interviews and written case studies that showcase real-world impact
- Support Sales with sharp, relevant enablement materials that reflect the buyer's language and priorities
- Bring innovative thinking to how Skillvue shows up in the market, always looking for better ways to cut through the noise
