They are seeking a Business Development Executive experienced in ITAD services to drive new business development, manage high-value relationships, and identify growth opportunities in the ITAD and e-waste sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development across OEMs, enterprise clients, electronics manufacturers, IT asset managers, and recycling partners
- Develop and manage high-value relationships, securing long-term service agreements and supply partnerships
- Identify growth opportunities across ITAD, e-waste recycling, and broader circular economy services
- Collaborate with operations and senior leadership to support commercial strategy and expansion initiatives across multiple U.S. locations
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and sustainability forums to strengthen market presence
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in business development or sales within ITAD, e-waste, electronics recycling, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., R2, e-Stewards, WEEE) and secure asset disposition practices
- Proven ability to win new business, grow key accounts, and build long-term client partnerships
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to thrive in a growth-focused, scaling environment
