KPG99 INC is a company focused on AI powered growth solutions, and they are seeking an Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle from lead to close. The role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to educate prospects on the platform's capabilities and building a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Run thoughtful discovery and align on concrete business outcomes
- Partner with internal stakeholders (including leadership and marketing) to run demos and showcase capabilities
- Educate prospects and customers on how the platform fits into and accelerates their overall growth strategy
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to consistently hit revenue targets
- Help kickstart and refine a warm outbound motion
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding quota
- Experience selling to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, or other GTM leaders
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Positive, energetic attitude that comes through with customers and internally
- Both hunter and farmer mentality
- Very high ownership and autonomy – you figure things out and move deals forward without a lot of hand holding
- Bonus if you also have agency or services sales experience
- Experience in a startup or hyper growth environment
- Experience in a high velocity sales environment with deal cycles around 30 days
- AI forward mindset – you may not know every AI tool, but you actively use AI in your day to day work to be more productive
