Founding Product Engineer (Creative Tools)

Flick is defining the future interface for AI native filmmaking, and they are seeking a Founding Product Engineer to shape how people create films with AI. In this role, you will design and build product features, work closely with the founders on product direction, and help define the future of AI-native creative tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build product features end-to-end across frontend and backend
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new creative workflows with tight feedback loops
• Work closely with founders on product direction, UX decisions, and feature prioritization
• Translate ambiguous ideas into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Continuously refine interaction details, polish, and usability
• Help define the future of AI-native creative tools
