Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing 1:1 and 1:Few account-based marketing programs for strategic accounts
- Partnering with Sales to identify target accounts, build joint account plans, and align on campaign strategy
- Creating personalized content, messaging, and digital experiences tailored to account needs and buying signals
- Orchestrating multi-channel campaigns using intent data, account intelligence platforms, and digital advertising
- Measuring account engagement, pipeline progression, and deal velocity to optimize program performance
Requirements:
- Demonstrate 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with 4+ years focused on account-based marketing
- Build and execute account-based marketing strategies that generate measurable pipeline and influence revenue
- Manage complex multi-channel campaigns across content, digital, events, and direct outreach
- Translate account intelligence, technographics, and buying signals into prioritized marketing plans
- Partner with sales leadership to co-develop account plans and align on target account selection
- Review and analyze campaign performance data to optimize engagement and accelerate deal velocity
- Travel up to 25% for account meetings, events, and team collaboration
- Possess equivalent practical experience or relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
