 seeking a Technical Writer to help organize, standardize, and improve out technical documentation. This person will work with engineers, tech leads and subject matter experts to gather information, clean up existing documentation, identify gaps, and create clear, consistent, easy-to-maintain materials. Responsibilities include documenting system designs, processes, workflows, APIs, operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge transfer materials. The candidate should be able to translate complex technical information into practical documentation that can be easily understood and used by development, support, and business teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong writing and editing skills

- Ability to organize scattered information

- Experience working with software engineering teams

- Understanding of APIs, Databases, system architecture

- Ability to create diagrams, process flows, and structured documentation
