Description: Technical Support Analyst IIAssignment Details : Pay Rate: $22.15Work Location : Moon Township, PA 15108Role OverviewThe Technical Support Analyst II is a customer-centric role responsible for providing technical support to the end-user community and associated enterprise applications, network connectivity, desktop infrastructure (both physical and virtual), operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to end users across enterprise applications, network connectivity, desktop infrastructure (physical and virtual), operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
- Handle multiple communication channels for support requests, including:
- Incoming calls
- Tickets within the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Instant messaging
- Email (Microsoft & Google)
- Record and resolve reported incidents, service requests, and access requests within agreed service levels.
- Investigate and respond to all support requests by following documented processes and procedures.
- Restore or fulfill IT services for end users in the most efficient manner available.
- May include after-hours support.
