Workday Report Developer (BIRT, PRISM Analytics, Workday Reporting)

Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for Workday Report Developer in New York, NY.

Description:
Workday Report Developer with expertise in BIRT, PRISM Analytics, and Workday reporting frameworks supporting HCM and Finance analytics and business insights.

? Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions across HCM and Finance modules.
? Leverage BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) to build pixel-perfect reports, operational reports, and check designs.
? Utilize Workday PRISM Analytics for data ingestion, transformation, and advanced reporting
? Collaborate with HCM, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
? Develop calculated fields, custom reports, matrix reports, and composite reports within Workday.
? Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting outputs
? Optimize report performance and troubleshoot reporting issues
? Support Workday releases by assessing impact and updating reports as needed
? Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to end users.

Mandatory Qualifications:
? Creates computer software. May specialize in one area of computer software or may write code for many kinds of software.
? Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

? 84 Months of experience working with Workday reporting tools
? 84 Months of experience working with BIRT reporting (including check design, customer invoices)
? 84 Months of experience working with Workday PRISM Analytics
? 84 Months of experience working with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards
? 84 Months of experience working with Workday HCM and Workday Financials data models
? 84 Months of experience working with data integration concepts (ETL processes, data mapping)
? 84 Months of experience utilizing Workday Reporting and/or PRISM Analytics, with a current Workday certification in either area
? 84 Months of experience working with Workday Studio, EIBS or integrations
? Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
? 84 months of experience in working with SQL and data warehousing concepts, security configurations and data governance in Workday.
