We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Project Manager with strong experience in managing ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and platform transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical understanding and project management expertise to drive successful delivery across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- 5 8 years of experience in IT project management with strong ServiceNow platform exposure.
- Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
- Experience managing projects across modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or CSM.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project planning tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow PPM, MS Project, or similar.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and governance experience.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / PRINCE2 Certification preferred
- ServiceNow CSA or ServiceNow Implementation certifications preferred
- ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
