HCLTech is seeking a Voice Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise voice solutions. The role involves administering Microsoft Teams services, diagnosing call quality issues, and managing voice-related hardware, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise voice solutions, including VoIP, IP telephony, and analog/digital gateways
- Administer and support Microsoft Teams services, including chat, meetings, calling, and live events
- Diagnose and resolve call quality issues such as latency, jitter, packet loss, and echo
- Configure and manage call routing, dial plans, numbering plans, and call flows
- Manage and support voice-related hardware including IP phones, gateways, and headsets
- Administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments
- Coordinate with telecom carriers and vendors for service provisioning and issue escalation
- Manage Active Directory Domain Services, including users, groups, OUs, and Group Policies
- Configure and maintain GPOs, login scripts, and access controls
- Support global user environments across multiple regions
- Maintain technical documentation and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Possess working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and licensing models
