Sr. Project Manager

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join one of their top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading end-to-end technology implementation projects in a fast-paced, enterprise environment, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-launch stabilization for enterprise technology systems
• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage dependencies effectively to ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, validate requirements with technical teams, and oversee change control processes
• Coordinate testing phases, manage defect resolution, and secure business sign-offs on UAT
• Manage vendor relationships, run status meetings, and handle escalations to mitigate project risks

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology implementations
• Demonstrated ability to manage full system implementation lifecycles—requirements through go-live
• Experience leading UAT coordination, defect management, and go-live processes
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow PPM, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
• PMP certification or actively pursuing (PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent also accepted)
