Product Design Lead

ImagineX is a tech company that deploys AI-assisted teams to build and secure mission-critical enterprise solutions with our clients. The Product Design Lead at ImagineX is a senior, strategic role responsible for elevating design excellence across client engagements and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product design strategy across multiple client engagements
• Define and maintain design standards, frameworks, and scalable best practices
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of product designers and UX practitioners
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and delivery leaders to align design with business and technical goals
• Facilitate discovery workshops, design sprints, and collaborative sessions with clients
• Drive user research, usability testing, and data-informed decision-making
• Communicate design rationale and influence executive stakeholders through storytelling and evidence
• Oversee design execution across UX, UI, interaction design, prototyping, and service design
• Contribute to pre-sales conversations, proposals, and thought leadership to strengthen ImagineX’s design capability

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• A portfolio demonstrating strategic design leadership and high-quality execution
• Deep expertise in user-centered design, design systems, prototyping, and modern product development
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially with executive audiences
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and complex problem spaces
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in consulting, agency, or multi-client environments
