RemX | The Workforce Experts is seeking a Customer Service representative to support patients in the healthcare industry. The role involves making high volume outbound calls to healthcare providers and managing account research and data entry while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities:
- High Volume outbound calls to Health care providers
- Utilize call center software to complete account research and update notes
- Obtain medical records from providers
- High volume data-entry with minimal error
- Adhere to call center metrics and HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Previous Call Center experience. (1 + required)
- Previous experience with high-volume calls
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- MUST BE ABLE TO BE ON CAMERA
- Must have QUIET LOCATION in home to work
- Reliable internet connection
- Computer proficient (able to learn new software and navigate multiple screens)
- High School Diploma or GED
