Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers
- Book transportation trips
- Provide estimated time of arrival (ETA) information
- Address customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch and drivers to ensure efficient service
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in computer use and data entry
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Technical Requirements: Personal computer with reliable internet connection
- Technical Requirements: Headset for clear audio communication
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and NEMT a plus
